8:9-14: But you
are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God dwell in you.
Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is not born of the Holy Spirit.
And if Christ be in you, the body is
dead because of sin;
(we died in/through/with Christ in Spirit and truth), but the Spirit is/brings
life because of righteousness, (through the righteousness of God our Father, we
were raised in/through/with Christ, through the power of Father God,
fulfilling His Plan of redemption/reconciliation). But if the Spirit of God
Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you,
He that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead shall also
quicken (give spiritual life to) your mortal bodies
by HIS Spirit Who dwells in you. (Through the power and
Spirit of God Who dwells within our mortal bodies, we have eternal
life, even as Christ, who was resurrected, freed from sin and death;
through One the first Adam, all died, through Christ the second Adam all live.) Therefore,
Family of God, we are debtors,
not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. (we are dead to the
flesh, Romans 6 says recogn yourself dead, thus no longer obligated
to live after the desires of the flesh by the unredeemed nature, for
it was redeemed in our behalf through the Spirit of Christ Who dwells in us causing
Father's Spirit and desires to become our own, thus we now
live in Spirit and Truth, through the power/life of God's Spirit, Who dwells in
us) For
if you live after the flesh, you shall die: (remember those
born of the Spirit no longer desire to live after the after, through
dead works of self righteousness) but if
you through
the Spirit of God Who dwells within, do put
to death the deeds of the body, you shall live as new creations, overcomers who
are led/ruled/alive by the eternal Spirit of God resurrected within.
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are His eternal descendants, His inheritance.
Upon conviction, through our awakening (being born again) our nature is released
from the lower nature which was dead to God and desired no relationship with
HIM, but wanted to be god/the one in control, nor to follow after HIS
Spirit/ways and warred against Him. Through the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, we become
new creations in Christ, eternal Spiritual Beings, who are in the Spirit, are
motivated by the Spirit of our Father and Jesus, who HE sent by way of living
examples, with the good news of Father's name/will and nature which is to reside
within .... Jesus finished HIS works for HIM, according to John 4:34,
enabling us to worship our Father in Spirit and Truth. Do you
know your heavenly Father intimately? Jesus came to do the will of HIM that sent
Him... if you know Jesus, then you know His/our Father.
Scriptural References:
Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of Him that
sent me, and
to finish His work.
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that
the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he
is none of his. And if Christ [be] in you, the body [is] dead because of sin;
but the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him that
raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the
dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do
mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the
Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship
[Him] in spirit and in truth.
NOTE: Jesus never encouraged us to worship Him or another, but referred
to our Father as the ONE to be honored/worshipped.... Jesus said
Father is glorified through HIS son... Father sent HIS
son, according to HIS eternal plan of redemption... Father made Jesus
One with HIS Spirit as the only begotten Son at the foundations of the world...
we are born of HIS eternal Spirit and through our union with Christ, and
abiding in the words of our Father which HE gave Jesus to speak in HIS NAME we
become one. In John 17, Jesus prayed with the desire of our Father's heart, that those
Father gave Him would become One with our Father even as HE is one with our
Father. For a study on Jesus Prayer - John 17, please consider the next

These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and
said,
Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son,
that
thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over
all flesh, that
he should give
eternal life to as many as thou
hast given him. And this
is life eternal, that they might know
thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I
have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And
now, O Father, glorify
thou me with thine own self with the glory which
I had with thee before the world was. (Role of the ONLY BEGOTTEN) I
have manifested thy name unto the men which
thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept
thy word. Now they
have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of
thee. For I have given unto them the words which
thou gavest me; and they have received [them], and have known surely that I
came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them: I pray
not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for
they are thine. And all
mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I
am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world,
but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy
Father, keep through thine own name those whom
thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we [are]. While I was
with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest
me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that
the scripture might be fulfilled. And now come I to thee;
and these
things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because
they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I
pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou
shouldest
keep
them
from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the
world.
Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast
sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
And for their
sakes I sanctify myself, that
they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for
these alone, but
for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That
they all
may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be
one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And the glory which thou
gavest me I have given them; that they
may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may
be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and
hast loved them, as
thou hast loved me.
Father, I
will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am;
that they
may behold my
glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of
the world.
